The buying process

1. Complete the Buyer Registration form on the Trail Books Page.
2. Enquiries should be made only via the enquire link next to the book listing.
3. Anonymised basic overview and trail information will be provided to you.
4. You may reply to our profile email with any questions at this stage.
5. You may make an offer subject to contracts and due diligence.  You will be asked to provide evidence of funds to complete prior to acceptance.
6. If your offer is accepted we will ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement.
7. Contracts will be provided for review and execution.
8. Due Diligence is conducted to verify information and be comfortable to proceed.
9. We organise transfer paperwork and follow up the aggregator.
10. Settlement occurs upon Aggregator consent to assignment.
